• Beta and sales information: firm size, practice area, jurisdiction, product interests, referral source, and information you submit through public forms.
• Product and matter information: information entered into the Arxleon application, including matter details, dates, documents, tasks, deadlines, notes, and related workflow data.
• Technical information: IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, application logs, security events, and similar diagnostic information.

• Payment and subscription information: billing status and transaction-related information supplied by payment providers. Arxleon does not need to store full payment-card numbers when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor.

• perform requested legal-workflow automation and intelligence functions;

Arxleon treats customer-specific matter information as customer data. Arxleon does not use customer-specific matter data to train general-purpose or shared machine-learning models unless the customer has expressly agreed to that use.

Arxleon may use de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify a customer, individual, or specific legal matter for analytics, security, performance measurement, and product improvement, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.

• Service providers that support cloud hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, payment processing, monitoring, analytics, customer support, and related business operations.

Public website forms are intended for product, beta, demo, and support inquiries. Do not submit privileged, confidential, sensitive, or case-specific client information through a public website form unless Arxleon expressly provides a secure workflow intended for that purpose.
