Arxleon is being built for legal workflows that may involve sensitive operational information. Security controls are therefore being incorporated across authentication, authorization, cloud infrastructure, auditability, and application design.
Role-based permissions
Arxleon applies role-aware access controls across administrative and matter workflows so users receive only the capabilities appropriate to their role.
Matter-level access controls
Matter visibility can be restricted according to firm policy and assignment rules, helping limit access to users who should be able to view a matter.
Managed application secrets
Sensitive credentials are kept outside source code and are being managed through dedicated cloud secret-management controls.
Encrypted web transport
The public Arxleon website is served over HTTPS, and production application traffic is being deployed using encrypted network transport.
Audit-oriented activity history
Important administrative and matter actions are recorded to support operational accountability, troubleshooting, and review.
Isolated cloud resources
The staging and production architecture is being designed around separated application, database, cache, and network security boundaries.
Human review for legal intelligence
AI-assisted findings do not automatically become legal conclusions, deadlines, or operational actions without review within the application workflow.
Legal Intelligence
Review remains part of the workflow.
Arxleon is designed to surface information for review, not to silently replace attorney judgment. Intelligence Review provides a controlled workflow for accepting, acknowledging, dismissing, or converting findings into operational items.
Program Maturity
Security capabilities will continue to expand.
Arxleon is currently progressing through beta-readiness and cloud deployment. Formal compliance certifications should not be inferred from this page unless Arxleon explicitly announces that a certification or independent assessment has been completed.
