Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about Arxleon Legal Intelligence and the Court Deadline Automation beta.
What does Arxleon do?
Arxleon helps legal teams manage litigation deadlines, reminders, notifications, audit history, and court-rule workflow automation from one platform.
Are deadlines automatically calculated?
Yes. Arxleon can generate deadlines based on matter information such as jurisdiction, court, state, county, filed date, service date, hearing date, and other trigger dates.
Are local court rules supported?
Arxleon includes a county-rule framework for local and court-specific workflows. During beta, local rule packs are treated as workflow placeholders unless specifically verified.
Can I export deadlines?
Yes. Deadlines can be exported as TXT, CSV, PDF, and ICS calendar files for use with Outlook, Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and other calendar tools.
Does Arxleon track changes?
Yes. Arxleon includes an activity log that records matter actions, deadline changes, completions, reminders, exports, and other key workflow events.
Does Arxleon replace legal review?
No. Generated deadlines are provided for workflow assistance only. Attorneys and authorized legal staff remain responsible for verifying deadlines against court rules, orders, and matter-specific requirements.
